Hot Seat packs ("Who wants to be a millionaire? - Hot Seat/High Voltage")

Modifications for STRFormat software for the tournament version of the game "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?" according to the Hot Seat format (in Russian - "Goryachee kreslo"). You can choose them for every taste. For those who are not familiar with this format, its rules are listed below.

Format Rules

In turn, six players take a seat in the chair, and compete for the main prize, which can only go to one.
The player cannot withdraw the money won. The one who did not know the answer to the question could say “pass” and give the right to answer to another player, and the one who replaced him was obliged to answer the question (everyone could use the “pass” once per game).
There was a time limit of 15 seconds for the first five questions, 30 seconds for the next five, and 45 seconds/1 minute for the last five questions. It was impossible to withdraw the money won in this game.
If the player did not fit in time or gave the wrong answer, then he was out of the game and did not receive anything. If the answer was wrong, the main prize was reduced by one level.
The game ended after all players were eliminated or after someone answered the last question correctly - in the latter case, the main prize was given, but  it could be won in the maximum amount only with the correct answers of all players . If the last remaining participant answered the question incorrectly, then he received only the fireproof amount for the fifth question, if it had already been won.
